Delivery & Returns policy

Delivery -

A click and collect option is available. Please note our main shop hours are 10.30 - 4.30 Monday to Friday and 10 - 5 on Saturday

We also offer a local delivery service within a 3 mile radius of the shop. There is a minimum order value of £5.

Shipping costs are based on a flat rate of £4.95 for Mainland UK only. Parcels are sent via ParcelForce Tracked 48 within 7 working days of purchase. We will of course email you a tracking number.

If you are located outside of our shipping area please get in touch and we can discuss delivery options available

Returns -

In the event you change your mind about your purchase once it has arrived, we are happy to send a full refund providing the item is sent back undamaged and its original packaging. Please repack securely, use a reputable courier and keep proof of posting. You will be responsible for the return cost. Once we have received the item, we will confirm that a return has been approved and process a refund immediately thereafter

Returns must be made with 14 days.

In the unfortunate event an item arrives damaged, a photo must be taken and sent to us, preferably before it is completely removed from the packing. Any damage to the outer package must be photographed as well. In this case we will fund the return cost and email you a postage label. All items sent from us will be photographed just prior to being sealed up. This will assist with any damage claims that may need to be made to the courier.

Please be aware we cannot issue refunds on items returned to us due to multiple missed deliveries or non-collection from Parcel Force.

Please note -

There are subtle variations in the colours and markings of the pots. If you wish to receive a photo of the pot selected for your order please let us know and we will be happy to do this for you

We have provided the internal diameter for the pots to help you make the right choice in in determining if your plant’s nursery pot will fit.
